BarbRail Sort is a thoughtful color-sorting puzzle where feathers move between rails, one careful decision at a time.

Sort the stacks by color, reveal hidden feathers, work around pinned pieces, and use wild feathers strategically. A rail locks when its color is complete, gradually opening the way toward a solved board. Later challenges add tighter move limits, locked rails, and more layered arrangements.

Every move changes the puzzle. The challenge comes from reading the visible stacks, planning the order of transfers, and deciding when to open space for the next color.

Build your progress across puzzle groups, revisit completed boards, and aim for clean solutions. Daily boards offer a regular puzzle to return to, while the Log keeps track of completed levels, stars, perfect runs, and recent attempts.
