BodyPlacement

BodyPlacement creates a structured log of how your torso, arms, and legs align at key moments — pauses, accents, isolations, and holds. Each capture becomes a “placement frame,” a rectangular diagram indicating vertical level, limb coordination, alignment quality, and stability estimate. The interface resembles soft coaching grids used by choreographers during rehearsals.

A placement entry includes selecting the body section (upper / mid / lower), marking the alignment category (expanded, neutral, compressed, angled), logging a stability rating, noting arm involvement, and optionally adding a brief snapshot description. Over time, entries form a clear visual record that helps reveal recurring alignment tendencies and body coordination habits.
