WHAT'S INSIDE

• What do you need today? — thirteen short readings for specific moments. I just miss them. The house feels too quiet. I'm worried about them. They don't seem to need me. I keep checking their location. I'm enjoying this and feel guilty.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT

It does not treat an empty nest as a problem to be fixed. It doesn't ask you to meditate, set goals, or track your mood. There is no feed, no forum, and no one else to compare yourself to.

It assumes what you already know: that this season holds grief and pride and relief and worry and freedom and humor, often in the same afternoon, and that all of it makes sense.
