FileVia brings local-network file transfer, document scanning, on-device text recognition, file management, and format tools into one focused app. Pay once to use every feature included in the current release. There is no in-app subscription and no account is required.

LOCAL QR-CODE TRANSFER
Connect two devices to the same Wi-Fi network, or connect one device to the other device's personal hotspot. Create a QR code and transfer photos, videos, documents, folders, and other files directly between devices. Files do not pass through a FileVia application server or cloud file library.

Select multiple items, follow progress for large transfers, and send folders as compressed archives. Received items are saved to the local FileVia library, where you can preview, organize, export, or share them with another app.

IMPORT FROM PHONE OR COMPUTER
Import from Photos, the Files app, or the system share menu in apps such as messaging clients. When your phone and computer are on the same local network, FileVia can also provide a local browser upload page for selecting or dragging multiple files from the computer.

DOCUMENT AND ID SCANNING
Detect paper edges, correct perspective, adjust four crop points, rotate pages, and crop again manually. Choose standard or HD capture and apply Color, Enhance, Grayscale, or Black & White effects.

Single-page mode moves directly to editing after capture. Multi-page mode supports continuous scanning, page ordering, and combined export. You can add pages from Photos and use dedicated flows for identity cards, driver licenses, passports, and business licenses.

ON-DEVICE OCR AND EXPORT
Text recognition runs on the device. Extract, copy, and edit recognized text, search OCR content locally, and export scans as images, standard PDFs, or searchable PDFs with a text layer. Photo-to-Word, Excel, and other common document outputs are also available.

COMPLETE FILE MANAGEMENT
Create folders and sort by name, type, date, or size. Pin, favorite, rename, copy, move, delete, hide, or batch-manage files. Preview images, videos, PDFs, text, and common Office documents. Text files can also be edited inside the app.

FORMAT AND MEDIA TOOLS
Convert images to JPEG, PNG, or PDF; work with MP4 and MOV video outputs; create common document outputs from text and PDF content; and archive any files as ZIP. Compatible files can be batch-converted to a shared output format.

Image tools include drawing, local mosaic effects, and multi-image composition with draggable images and common canvas ratios such as 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 3:4, and 9:16. Video tools include trimming and frame extraction at a selected time.

LOCAL-FIRST PRIVACY
FileVia requires no account or sign-in, provides no developer-accessible cloud file storage, and includes no ad tracking. Imported and created content stays on the device by default. Camera, local-network, Photos, and Files capabilities are used only when you choose the related feature.
