Kia Connect: Connected Services


The Kia Connect app allows you to access a suite of remote services for your connected vehicle, like starting your vehicle, checking the vehicle status, scheduling a charge and more!
The App also features diagnostic tools, roadside assistance and more!

Kia Connect enables and empowers you while you are on the go, giving you access to your Kia from your workplace, home, or just about anywhere.
Access the app with your user-email, password, and PIN to take advantage of Kia Connects features. Log in and send commands conveniently using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition).

An active Kia Connect subscription is required to use Kia Connect features in the app. To enroll please contact your authorized Kia dealer or visit KiaConnect.ca

Paid subscription required after complimentary Kia Connect period

• For model years 2018-2020: Complimentary 5-year Ultimate subscription to Kia Connect from time of vehicle registration
• Model year 2021+ and onwards: Complimentary 3-years Ultimate subscription to Kia Connect from time of vehicle registration

Compatible smartphone with cellular and GPS coverage is required. Functions are dependent on coverage areas, availability, and where technology permits. Data rates may apply.
