Metelier

Metelier is a reflected-light meter made for using real film cameras.

Measure the light with your phone, then translate it into aperture and shutter-speed values available on your chosen camera, lens, and film. Metelier is developed from a working shop-floor perspective by the owner of a used film-camera shop.

Privacy

Camera frames used for metering are processed on the device and are never saved or transmitted. There are no accounts, ads, behavioral tracking, or analytics. Equipment profiles and settings are stored on the device.

Please note

Metelier is a reflected-light meter that uses a smartphone camera. Readings can vary with the phone model, camera, subject, and lighting conditions. For critical work, compare against a reference meter or test exposure and apply a trim when needed. Incident-light and flash metering are not supported.
