About MineSweeper Zero : No Guessing
You will never have to guess.
In most minesweeper games there comes a moment near the end where two squares
are left and there is no way to know which one is the mine. The game ends on
luck instead of skill.
Minesweeper Zero does not create those boards.
■ Every board is solvable by logic
Each board is solved end to end by a solver before you ever see it. If it needs
a guess even once, the board is thrown away and a new one is generated. Only
boards that pass make it to your screen. No 50/50s.
■ Difficulty means reasoning required, not mines added
Easy, Medium and Hard are not defined by how many mines were added. They are
defined by what kind of reasoning it takes to finish. Boards of the same
difficulty actually feel about equally hard.
■ Nine combinations
Three difficulties × three board sizes. Every board is generated fresh, so you
never solve the same one twice.
■ Controls built for thumbs
· Tap to reveal, hold to flag — or swap the two
· A ring fills while you hold, and nothing commits until you lift.
Slide off the board to cancel
· Choose how long the hold takes — Fast, Default or Slow — and try it right
there in Settings
· Tap a revealed number to open its neighbours at once
■ No ads, no tracking, no account
No banners. No full-screen interruptions. No "watch a video to continue."
No sign-up, no sign-in, no email.
■ No internet required, at all
On a plane or underground, it behaves exactly the same. The app makes no
network connections, so nothing about you leaves your device. Your records
stay on your iPhone.
■ Buy once, done
No subscription. No in-app purchases. You will never hit a paywall for hints.
Future updates are included.
■ Stuck? A hint plays one move for you
It does not just uncover a random safe square. It finds a square that logic
already decides right now, and plays it. There is no limit on hints — but a
game played with hints does not go on the best-time board.
■ Your records
Best times and clear rates per difficulty and size, filterable by the last
7 or 30 days. Best times count only games finished without hints.
