About Stretch: Flexibility Trainer
Stretch is a simple way to follow your stretching and mobility routine without constantly checking notes, counting seconds or trying to remember what comes next.
Choose one of the included routines, pick a workout and work through it at your own pace. Stretch shows you each exercise, set and side, with clear instructions and built-in timers for holds. There’s a short countdown before each timer begins, so you have time to get into position.
The app includes three routines to get you started:
• Beginner’s Stretch — an approachable full-body routine with gradually longer holds
• Toe Touch Foundations — three sessions focused on building the mobility and control needed for a more comfortable toe touch
• Stretch with Strength — a mix of active mobility, controlled strength and relaxed stretching
Already have a routine you like? You can use your preferred AI assistant to convert it into a format Stretch understands, then paste it into the app. Everything is checked before you save it, and nothing is uploaded.
Stretch also works with Apple Watch. Start a workout on your iPhone, then follow along from your wrist. You can complete exercises, run timers and move through the routine without keeping your phone nearby.
If you allow access to Apple Health, completed flexibility workouts can be saved alongside your other activity. On Apple Watch, you can also see your heart rate and active energy during a workout.
Your progress is saved automatically, so if you close the app halfway through a session, you can come back and carry on where you left off. A simple history shows your completed workouts, duration and number of steps finished.
There’s no account to create, no advertising and no analytics. Your routines and workout history stay on your devices.
Stretch is intended for general fitness and wellbeing. If an exercise causes pain or discomfort, stop and seek advice from a qualified professional.
