About TrackZen OASIS
TrackZen OASIS is a live tracking app for parents to monitor the school buses in which their wards travel to and from the school. Attendance is captured when the child enter the bus through the TrackZen IDEAL available with the attender of the bus. When all children are dropped off at the school, the app prompts the attender to walk to the rear of the bus and read an NFC tag kept there. This ensures that the attender walks to the rear of the bus, making sure that any child who might be sleeping in the seats are noticed by the attender, thus avoiding any oversight or possible mishaps.
The app registration process is simple. The user can register using his phone number in which an OTP will be sent. The OTP can be entered and the user gets registered in the system. There is no payment involved by the app. The service is provided by the school to eligible parents whose wards travel by the school bus.
Once the user is logged in, the bus details are shown in the app. The registration number of the bus, the name of the bus, name of the trip and the time the bus is scheduled to reach the bus stop are shown. The name of the driver and the attender, along with their phone numbers are also available. This information is dynamic and will be as per the attender and driver allotted by the transportation department to the route and trip.
