• Access your digital membership card to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and more
• Get personalized reminders and health information as soon as they’re available
• Turn healthy habits into rewards. Check your eligibility, enroll in Kaiser Permanente Rewards, and start earning. Optional permissions for earning rewards:

• Steps: Reads step counts from Health Connect to verify walking challenges.
• Exercise: Reads completed workouts to track exercise goal progress.
• Sleep: Reads sleep duration to log wellness and sleep challenges.
• Mindfulness & Meditation: Reads completed mindfulness and breathing sessions to credit mental wellness activities and verify participation.
• Background Sync: Periodically updates your health metrics in the background so your reward progress stays up to date without opening the app daily.
