FAMILIES
One car for several people? Co-oto keeps things simple: everyone sees availability, books in the shared calendar, then logs the trip using the odometer (miles or kilometers). Vehicle expenses (fuel, maintenance, insurance, and more) are centralized and clearly split based on actual use.

CLOSE CONTACTS, NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS, HOUSEMATES
You share a car with people who already know each other: create your circle, invite your contacts, and the app becomes your shared reference. Bookings, trip history, expenses (with receipt photos), balances, and payments stay clear for everyone, so misunderstandings never start.

Agree on the rules with the circle charter, and record the vehicle's condition with photos at the start or end of a trip. If the vehicle doesn't have a fixed spot, note its last parking location to find it quickly.

SMALL BUSINESSES & ASSOCIATIONS
Co-oto also fits small organizations that share team vehicles: booking management, trip tracking, cost splitting, stats, Excel exports, and web access with the Teams plan. Depending on your plan, manage up to 10 vehicles.
