SCOPAY lets parents' book and pay for their children’s school trips and clubs, meals, purchase stationery, uniforms and more.



This app is regularly updated as new features are added.


Manage payments:

- Pay for school meals, wraparound care, clubs, trips, events, stationery and uniform

- Use a variety of payment methods, including credit or debit cards and Google Pay

- Save credit card details to speed up payments

- View balances and payment history, including payments made in school

- Set up automated monthly payments



Manage bookings:

- Pre-order meals (primary schools) or top-up canteen balance (secondary)

- Book sessions at breakfast or after-school clubs

- Sign up for optional trips

- Use easy online forms to give consent and other information



Manage your account:

- Manage multiple children from one account – even if they attend different schools

- Children can be linked to multiple parent or guardian accounts

- Reset your details, including email address, password and billing information



Please note: some app functions are dependent on the choices of individual schools. Not all schools will use all the facilities described above.
