**April 1, 2016 Amendments to the Tax Act of the National Tax Service regarding the operation management of business vehicles **

For business vehicles, the company vehicle operation log must be prepared and submitted to the National Tax Service in order for the cost to be recognized.
You can avoid the tax bomb of corporate tax and comprehensive income tax by keeping or submitting a vehicle driving log.

"Free vehicle driving log app" was developed for easy management of vehicle driving log.

- It is printed in the same form as the “business vehicle driving record book” notified by the National Tax Service (government),
Saved driving records can be downloaded as an Excel file at any time.



[How to use - automatic operation record] Smart Trip™

1. Pair the car's Bluetooth with your mobile phone.
2. Settings - Select Auto Operation (Bluetooth)
3. Select a paired Bluetooth device

*When the engine is turned on, the driving record starts automatically, and when the engine is turned off, the driving record is saved.



[Usage - Manual Recording]

1. When driving starts - Start button
2. When the operation is over - Stop button
3. Correct/Delete Wrong Driving Information
4. If necessary, save/download driving records in Excel

* You can also start/stop the driving record in the status bar.

▶ Driving distance is saved automatically (GPS), vehicle management is possible, and detailed information can be modified.
▶ If there is an origin/destination where the driving record is the same. The purpose of use is also automatically saved in the same way.
(If going to and leaving work is the same, the purpose of use is automatically saved as "for going to and leaving work")
▶ It is possible to use not only the driving record, but also the settlement of the gas cost of the car for business purposes, the fuel cost, and the gas fee claim.



[Data Consumption]

- Data is not consumed while driving. (Data consumption is 0 even if it is ON all day.)
- Where data is used

1) When running the app (check permission)
2) When starting operation (address search)
3) When the operation ends (address search and operation record transmission)
4) When entering the main screen (list output)
5) When modifying/deleting driving records
6) Sign up and log in

* In the case of 1 to 6, text transmission is all, so the data usage is insignificant at the maximum level of 1 megabyte or less.
