PPAC Compliant101: iPhone vs Android

Welcome to PPAC Compliant101, a digital workforce compliance solution built for construction and regulated industries.

PPAC Compliant101 simplifies identity verification, document validation, and site access by bringing the entire compliance journey into one secure, mobile-first platform. It is designed to support high-volume workforces while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and control.

Worker Identity and Document Verification: Workers upload required identity and right-to-work documents directly through the app. Guided capture ensures images are clear and complete, reducing failed submissions and delays. PPAC automatically verifies documents for authenticity, helping teams identify issues early and maintain compliance standards.
Remote Onboarding, On-Site Approval: Compliance begins before workers arrive on site. Once documents are submitted and verified, on-site teams can approve workers using a PPAC verification code or QR scan. This ensures that only verified and approved individuals gain access.

One Approval, Multiple Sites: After approval, workers can access all sites under the same contractor, reducing repeated checks and unnecessary administration. This creates a smoother experience for both workers and site teams while maintaining full visibility and control.

Real-Time Status and Expiry Tracking: PPAC automatically tracks document expiry dates and updates worker status accordingly. This helps prevent expired credentials, reduces compliance risk, and supports audit readiness without manual follow-ups.

Fast and Frictionless for High-Volume Use: Built to handle daily induction checks at scale, PPAC supports fast throughput without compromising accuracy. The system is optimised for real-world site conditions where speed and reliability matter.

Designed for Industry Compliance: PPAC aligns with industry and statutory requirements, supporting remote onboarding, on-site face match, and ongoing compliance checks. It provides a single source of truth for workforce verification across projects.

Secure, Trusted, and Accessible: All personal information and documents are handled securely. Workers can access their compliance status anytime through their digital wallet, while teams gain confidence that workforce data is accurate and up to date.

PPAC Compliant101 is built for industry, by industry. A smarter way to manage workforce compliance, reduce risk, and keep sites moving.
