Skyvo: UV Index & Air Quality Android

Check the UV index today and the air quality near you, side by side, in one app.

Skyvo puts the UV index and air quality (AQI) together on one screen for your location or any city you choose. Most apps track only one, and weather apps bury both. Skyvo treats sun and air as co-equal so you can answer one question at a glance: is it safe to go outside right now?

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO OUTSIDE
- Live UV index and AQI for your current location
- Hourly UV forecast for today plus a 7-day forecast
- Plain-language advice: when to cover up, when it is fine to run
- A daily sun safety forecast delivered every morning
- A home screen widget so the current UV and AQI numbers are always visible
- No ads, no account, no sign-up

UV INDEX FORECAST, HOUR BY HOUR
See the UV index right now and how it climbs and falls through the day, so you can plan around the peak. The hourly UV forecast shows when the sun is strongest and when it is safe to be outside again, and the 7-day view lets you pick the right day for a long walk, a hike, or the beach.

AIR QUALITY YOU CAN ACT ON
See PM2.5 and PM10 levels, ozone, NO2, SO2, and carbon monoxide broken out clearly. Watch air pollution rise and fall through the day, follow smog, haze and dust as they build, and get wildfire smoke alerts when the air turns bad. Choose the US EPA AQI or the EU EAQI standard, whichever you read more easily.

SUN SAFETY AND SUNBURN PROTECTION
Get a sun window with sunrise and sunset times and burn-time guidance tuned to your skin type, so you know how long you can stay out before you risk a sunburn. A morning UV index check helps you plan sunscreen, a hat, and time outdoors. Sun protection is easier when you can see the number.

PLAN YOUR DAY OUTSIDE
- Running, cycling, and outdoor workouts on clean-air days
- Hiking, gardening, and dog walks outside the UV peak
- Beach and pool days planned around the burn window
- School runs and playground time with kids in strong sun

ANY CITY, ANYWHERE
Search any city and get the same UV index and air quality forecast before you travel. Save the places you care about, at home and away, and switch between them in one tap.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Add the Skyvo widget to your home screen and see the live UV index and air quality without opening anything. The widget refreshes through the day, so one glance tells you whether to reach for sunscreen or keep the windows shut.

DAILY BRIEFING AND ALERTS
A short morning summary tells you the day's peak UV index, the air quality outlook, and what it means in plain language. No noise, no ten notifications a day.
