Xero Payroll
- Pay stubs: Access a full record of your earnings, deductions, and net pay. View and download pay stubs for any pay period directly from your account.
- Tax documentation: Stay on top of your tax records with easy access to your W-2s and other tax forms, whenever you need them.
- Employee Profile: View and manage your personal employee information, including contact details, job information, and more.

Expenses :
- Capture costs as they happen: Scan and submit expenses, company card claims, and mileage claims, anytime anywhere.
- Automatic receipt transcription: Details are scanned from a photo of your receipt to auto-fill the expense claim.
- Track your mileage: Use the map in Xero Me or select from recent locations to accurately enter, track and submit mileage claims to get reimbursed faster.
- Submit expense claims in any currency: make it easier to keep track of actual costs and maintain accurate records.
- With approver permissions, review and approve expense claims on the go
- With admin permissions, set up receipt analysis, claim accounts, team roles and bank accounts.
