"My Home" is a universal platform of an active citizen in accordance with the "Smart City" project.

The service works in those cities that are indicated in the application.

The installation of the application in a city or region is carried out with the assistance of local authorities and the support of the administration.

Depending on the city settings, the following modules are available to users:

Problem reporting.
Send messages according to the available types of problems (the available list of messages is determined by the city administration). Your request is automatically sent to the right organization. You can control the progress of work according to your message, monitor the status change. If clarifying questions arise, a chat is provided between the user (resident) and the dispatcher of the organization responsible for eliminating this problem. Upon completion of the work, you can evaluate the quality of the service provided or reject the decision if you are not satisfied with the decision made by the contractor.

Shutdowns and repairs.
Learn about power outages, heating, cold and hot water. The application always provides up-to-date information on repair work for the entire city. Subscribe to the addresses you are interested in and receive sound notifications with information about outages in your home.

Polls and social polls.
Voting is held on the most pressing issues at the My Home project, touching on topics such as transport, education, housing and communal services, and urban development issues. The administration of the city or region is responsible for the formation and conduct of voting, so the issues submitted for consideration are of great importance for the improvement and development of your city.

City alerts.
Receive alerts about important city events - messages about road repairs and bypass routes, a poster with the schedule of city holidays, storm warnings from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and much more.

Find out what projects are currently being implemented in your city, be aware of the city authorities' plans for the coming years. Construction, reconstruction and repair of urban infrastructure - all information is collected in one place! You will have data on cost estimates, contractors and current project implementation statuses at your fingertips.

How it works?
The functioning of the project on the territory of the city or region is carried out with the support of the administration.

Information about outages comes directly from official sources: resource supply organizations, information departments of the city administration, dispatch services of management companies. Each organization has a specialized admin panel.

Information about city notifications, plans of city authorities comes from departments of the city administration and the city press service.
