"Arsenal of Services" brings together important digital services in the Tula Region in a single app.
We've updated the interface: softer colors and smoother, more visually appealing shapes. All functions and the familiar workflow remain the same, making using the services even more convenient.
WHAT CAN YOU DO IN THE APP
1. Solve a city problem with "Open Region 71"
The catalog includes 188 topics: from potholes and lack of heating to uncollected garbage. Submit a request—we'll forward it to the relevant services and help you monitor the solution.
2. Take care of your health with "Doctor71"
Schedule doctor's appointments and have a specialist come to your home. Your entire medical record, including test results, appointments, and discounted prescriptions, is available in the app. Add profiles of children and older relatives to take care of their loved ones' health without the hassle.
3. Track your studies on "Dnevnik71"
A school diary on your smartphone. This service helps parents stay up-to-date on their child's progress, while students can easily view their schedule and homework so they don't miss anything.
4. Make an appointment at the MFC
Choose a suitable branch of the MFC in the Tula Region, schedule a convenient time, and track the status of your documents.
5. Pay bills with one tap
All charges—housing and utilities, daycare, sports clubs, and fines—are collected in a single window and grouped by personal account. No more confusing bills.
