NEW
• Aligner Wear Report (Pro). A PDF of your wear time to bring to your orthodontist, one page or the full record. Swipe past Insights on the Stats tab.
• Morning Recap (Pro). Open the app in the morning and see how yesterday went before the new day starts.
• Compare any two aligners (Pro). Their photos side by side, with how you wore each one. Swipe past the grid on the Snaps tab.
• Progress Photo Story (Pro). Read everything that happened between the two aligners you compare. Swipe past Compare on the Snaps tab.
• The camera finds your teeth (Pro). Hold still and it spots your mouth, counts down, takes the photo itself and frames it on your teeth.
• Full Screen Alarm (Pro). One out-of-aligners nudge can sound like an alarm clock instead. Off unless you turn it on, in Settings under Reminders. iOS 26.1 or later.
• Photo days on the calendar. A small camera on a day's ring marks a progress photo. Tap the day to open it.
IMPROVED
• Switching tabs is faster, and the app no longer slows down as your treatment goes on.
• Times, decimals, percentages and the start of the week follow your phone's region.
• Key Events reads as a timeline, and every row that opens something is a card (Pro).
• Your Apple Watch sends its own out-of-aligners reminders when your iPhone isn't nearby (Pro).
• A tray that is short on wear asks before it switches, and Wear longer opens on the days that could use it.
FIXED
• Out-time is counted correctly across midnight, and out-time left never runs past the end of the day.
• Widgets, the Live Activity and your watch update when another device logs wear (Pro).
• Taps on your Apple Watch arrive in the order you made them, even away from your iPhone or after a restart (Pro).
• Two devices on the same iCloud account no longer double-count an aligner or lose a wear session.
• A restore brings back your appointments.
• A leftover open session can no longer eat into recorded wear.
• The Calendar grades each day against the goal you had that day.
• Every duration rounds down, so figures agree from screen to screen.… more - 🆕22 Hours: Aligner Tracker released on the App Store

How this is calculated
Apple publishes no download counts. App Store downloads come from chart positions and daily rating growth per country, calibrated on Google Play install counts; lifetime installs from ratings worldwide × installs per rating. Confidence is the chance the real number is within half to double ours.

How this is calculated
Monthly users come from lifetime installs across every store, fitted on monthly active user figures companies publish; daily users = monthly × the typical daily/monthly ratio for the category. Confidence is the chance the real number is within half to double ours.

About 22 Hours: Aligner Tracker
22 Hours tracks your clear aligner wear from the first tray to the last, so you can stop guessing whether you hit today's goal. Built by someone who wore aligners too.
One tap when your aligners go in. One tap when they come out. 22 Hours handles the rest.
Free, with no ads. Unlimited photos, Siri and iCloud sync are included.
Works with Invisalign, Spark, ClearCorrect and any other clear aligner.
Where you stand, at a glance
• Hours worn today, out-time left, and whether you are on track. Thinking in time left out is easier than counting hours worn.
Streaks that actually mean something
• Hit your daily goal and a streak builds. Miss it and it resets. Your current streak and your longest ever, always visible.
Stats and history
• A compliance ring for every day of treatment, plus weekly average, lifetime hours, a 14-day chart and your weekday pattern. Tap any day to see and edit its sessions.
Reminders, not nagging
• A heads-up when you go past your out-budget, never a guilt trip about a long lunch or an unexpected meeting.
Switch-day routine
• A reminder the night before each tray switch and a backup the next morning, optionally kept in sync with your iOS Calendar.
Progress photos
• Unlimited photos tagged to your aligner number, including ones you took before, saved to a 22 Hours album in your Photos library. Yours to keep even if you uninstall.
Siri and Control Center
• Say the word and your aligners are logged, in or out, without opening the app. Nothing to set up. Or add the switch to Control Center or the Action button.
Set up in under a minute
• Your treatment type, aligner count, switch schedule and daily goal. Already a few months in? Backfill from day one.
Your data is yours
• Synced privately across your devices via iCloud, exportable any time.
22 Hours Pro, if you want it
Everything above is free, and stays free. Pro adds:
• Apple Watch. Log put-in and take-out from your wrist, and add a complication to your watch face.
• Live Activities and Widgets. Today's hours and your streak on your Home Screen, and a countdown on your Lock Screen while your aligners are out.
• Key Insights. Your habits, your best and toughest days, and a projected finish date.
• Key Events. Appointments and milestones on one timeline with your wear history.
• Aligner Wear Report. A one-page PDF of your wear time to bring to your orthodontist, or the full record.
• Morning Recap. Open the app in the morning and see how yesterday went.
• Progress Photo Story. Any two aligners side by side, with everything that happened between them.
• Auto Snap. It finds your teeth, waits until you are still, and takes the photo for you.
• Full Screen Alarm. One out-of-aligners nudge that sounds like an alarm clock, for when a banner is easy to miss. iOS 26.1 or later.
Your wear goal is personal. We will be with you on your journey to that great smile.
