4net Proxy is a free VPN client for iPhone and iPad. Add a compatible subscription or configuration from your chosen provider or your own server, select a server manually, and connect.

4net is a client, not a VPN service provider. It does not sell subscriptions, process payments or unlock paid app features. You can add your own configuration without opening Telegram. Provider availability and connection quality depend on the configuration and network you use.

Subscription links and configurations are stored locally with encryption. When importing or refreshing, a request is sent to your provider; the app sends a stable, provider-specific identifier (HWID) for device authorization. See the privacy policy for details.

Optional provider activity statistics are disabled by default and require a separate choice. News and statistics do not include VPN traffic or full subscription links.

Xray is the default engine for compatible full Xray profiles. Providers can request Native with x-4net-engine: native. Engine changes are accepted on subscription refresh and applied at connection time after stopping the previous connection. The running engine is shown in Settings above the app version. Subscription requests identify the app as 4net-Proxy and include the OS, OS version and device model for the provider’s device list; the existing provider-specific HWID is retained.
