About 8Hz
A sensory experience by artist Svend Sømod.
This app uses binaural tones and strobe light effects to create a space for relaxation or meditation. Each ear receives a sound frequency offset by 8Hz, while the phone’s flashlight flickers through closed eyelids at the same rate. This rhythmic pattern may help you find calm.
Flashing Lights/Photosensitive Epilepsy Warning
This app contains flashing lights that may not be suitable for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other conditions affected by light patterns. Please consult a medical professional before using the app if you are unsure.
