Switch between the US mg/dL and European mmol/L systems with a single swipe. Automatic unit conversion helps you understand your results regardless of the system used by your meter.

Explore foods, drinks, and prepared meals in 11 categories. Vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy products, legumes, sweets, and much more—with search and filters for quick access.
Carbohydrate content per 100g is listed for 176 items, with links to FDA, USDA, or manufacturer data. Cards specify the product variety or cooking method. If a confirmed value is not available, this is clearly noted.
