*Telemedicine at home and abroad is available to all ADAC members. Telemedical treatment at home and abroad is offered by TeleClinic GmbH. In the case of telemedical treatment, the doctors do not provide comprehensive remote treatment. Only those illnesses and symptoms are treated for which, according to generally recognized professional standards, no personal medical contact is required.

Please note that an active German statutory or private health insurance is required to use TeleClinic's services.

To access Doctolib appointment booking via the ADAC Medical health app, you need to install the app. No membership is required. An account with our partner Doctolib GmbH gives you access to all Doctolib services: creating an account with Doctolib is free and does not involve any hidden costs or obligations.

Via our partner IhreApotheken GmbH & Co. KGaA, you can access the pharmacy service, check product availability and pre-order medicines. Prescription-free medication can be easily pre-ordered. To pre-order prescribed products, you must take a photo of the prescription and upload it to the app. Please bring the original prescription with you when you collect the prescribed product from the pharmacy. ADAC membership is not required for the pharmacy service.
