AgentHeadroom reads the usage limits on the AI accounts you already have, shows how fast you are spending them, and keeps the numbers current on the Lock Screen, in widgets, on iPad and in your Mac's menu bar — without opening anything.

REFRESHED FROM ANYWHERE

Each of these refreshes, and updates the widgets and the Live Activity:

• A Control Center button, even when locked
• A Lock Screen button, the Action button, Siri or a Shortcut
• Automations: when you open Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, when the device goes on charge, or at a time of day
• The refresh button on a widget, or the Live Activity's arrow, which can start the Live Activity with the app closed
• On its own in the background, as often as iOS allows

ON THE LOCK SCREEN, WITH THE APP CLOSED

A Live Activity counts your five-hour window down to the second, with the spend it was last read at and how fast it is moving — and says so when the window resets.

WHAT IT SHOWS

• Every window at once — five-hour, weekly, and per-model — as a ring
• Whether you are on pace, ahead, or burning, measured against the clock
• A projection: at this rate, do you run out before the window resets?
• Usage credits, in money
• Counted from either end: what you have used, or what is left
• Notifications for a threshold crossed, a reset ahead of schedule, and a session that needs signing in again

PRIVACY

AgentHeadroom collects nothing. It has no server to collect it with.

• Your usage numbers, and nothing else. Your conversations, your prompts and your code are never requested and never seen.
• Your sign-in stays on this device, in the iOS Keychain, and never syncs or migrates from a backup. With Share accounts with the Mac on, it is kept in your iCloud Keychain instead — end-to-end encrypted, readable on your devices only, never seen by us — until you turn sharing off.
• There is no AgentHeadroom account. No server, no sign-up. Two things go through Apple's iCloud, both yours to switch off: the sign-ins you share, in your iCloud Keychain, and while Wake from Mac is on, a one-line nudge from your Mac in your own iCloud account that says usage moved and carries no reading.
