PERSONAL DASHBOARD

See Recovery Score, Sleep Quality Score, Estimated Fitness Age, and Estimated Bio Age with their inputs and methodology. Eligible paid plans can also use personalized summaries and optional unusual-change alerts.

MEDICAL RECORDS EXPORT

Export 8 read-only record types already connected through Apple Health: medications, conditions, allergies, immunizations, lab results, procedures, vital signs, and clinical notes. Medical Records authorization is separate, and insurance coverage records are not read or exported.

OPTIONAL AI HEALTH CHAT

AI Health Chat includes 50 prompts across 9 categories for questions about sleep, recovery, fitness, symptoms, nutrition, heart trends, and doctor preparation.

AI Health Chat is for adults age 18 or older. It uses Google's Gemini API and requires a separate AI Data Practices consent before health context is prepared for Gemini. Full Medical Records context is off by default and turns on only when you allow Apple Health Records access for Chat. It is unavailable during the introductory trial unless you already own Lifetime Export.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

CSV and AI Data Guide creation happens on the iPhone. Files leave only when you choose a Share Sheet destination. Gemini-backed Chat is separate from local export and sends only the disclosed context after the required consent. Chat history and saved Chat Memory are stored on the device; saved memory is included with each Chat request until edited or deleted. Privacy-limited product analytics and crash diagnostics are disclosed in the Privacy Policy. There are no ads, advertising tracking, or data brokering.
