About Alpine Tycoon: Ski Resort
Build your own ski resort, from a small valley with a rope tow to a whole mountain with gondolas, mountain huts, hotels and a town full of life.
Guests arrive by car, bus and train, buy lift passes, rent skis, queue for the lifts, ride up and race down. They stop for lunch at the huts by the slopes, warm up with hot chocolate, check into your hotels for a few nights and dance the night away at the après-ski tent. Every lift, slope and shop earns money into its own cashbox. Tap to collect, or hire a manager to do it for you.
The mountain
• Rope tows, T-bars, chairlifts for 2, 4 and 6, gondolas, aerial trams and funiculars, built like the real ones
• Draw your own slopes down the mountain, from green nursery slopes to steep black pistes, and link them into one big ski area
• Add a slalom course or a terrain park to any piste, and fill the park with jumps, rails, boxes and a halfpipe
• Snow cannons, groomers and snowplows keep the mountain open through thaw and snowstorms
• Ski patrol, safety nets and rescue scooters look after skiers who take a fall
• Long lifts get a mid-station, and sled hills, dog sleds, snowmobiles and an ice rink add fun off the pistes
The town
• Over 60 buildings: hotels, ski-in/ski-out chalets, a cinema, a bowling alley, nightclubs, pizzerias, a brewery, hot tubs and a thermal spa
• Build on ready-made plots, or lay your own paths and place buildings wherever you like
• Guests book a room and stay for several nights, so make sure there are enough beds
• Expand every building step by step and give it its own style: quick lunch or gourmet, pub or cocktail bar
• A train into town, a multi-storey car park and more buses bring in bigger crowds
• Zoom in and the roof lifts off, so you can see the guests inside
