This update is all about the Quick Launch bar and the Dynamic Island, plus ready-made icon packs. NEW • The new Dynamic Island: closed, it shows WidgetLoft on the left and the group's total notification count on the right. Press and hold for the group's name and 10 apps, and tap the arrow to move through the groups in the bar. • Notifications in the bar: the apps in the bar show their notification dots and counts (iOS 27). • Black-and-white icons: the bar and the Dynamic Island in black and white, to match the Lock Screen. • Quick Launch bar all day: a Shortcuts automation restarts the bar three times a day, so the 8-hour limit no longer ends it. • Icon packs: Tools → Icon Packs gives your widgets Arcticons or Lawnicons line icons. • Choose which groups show in the bar, and in what order. • Another country's App Store: Tools → Change Store. • The Calendar tile shows today's weekday and date and turns the page by itself at midnight. • Removed an icon by mistake? Tap Undo. IMPROVED • Lighter widgets: far less memory in crowded groups, and iCloud backup no longer stops for big setups. • Sharper icons in widgets with few apps. • Devices on different WidgetLoft versions no longer erase each other's settings through iCloud. • A refreshed editor and many small fixes. KNOWN ISSUE • On the iOS 27.2 beta, after you tap an action, the other tiles in that widget stop responding. This is an iOS bug and we've reported it to Apple. Switching Home Screen pages makes the tiles work again.
