2.16.0
The paperwork that proves you can be on site now travels with you.
YOUR TICKETS AND LICENCES, IN YOUR POCKET
My competencies, under More, is the one place to see what you hold. It sorts itself into what needs attention first: waiting to send, expiring or already expired, sitting with the office for approval, knocked back and why, your site inductions, and everything still valid. Adding one is a search, a photo of the front, a photo of the back and an expiry date — and renewing an existing one keeps the history rather than starting again. It all works with no signal and goes up when you are back in range. Supervisors can see where their crew stands. Anything you send waits on the office to approve it, as it should.
RAISE A VARIATION WHERE THE WORK CHANGED
Extra work no longer has to wait for someone to get back to a desk. From the job screen, raise a variation with the quantities, the photos and the client's signature taken on your own screen, standing where it happened. Offline is fine — it syncs when you are back in range.
SIGN ON TO A TOOLBOX TALK
Attendees can now sign themselves on from their own phone, or one phone can be passed around and each person types their name and signs. Either way the list shows who signed and when.
WHAT THIS SHIFT STILL NEEDS, ON THE HOME CARD
Your shift card now shows the forms the shift wants before you can start — "1 of 2 done", in any order you like, with a bar and an Open or Resume on each one. The check-in button tells you how many are left. Forms due later in the shift sit below, and optional ones are marked as such, so nothing jumps the queue on you.
A FILED DAILY RECORD CAN BE REOPENED
Supervisors who have already submitted the crew's Daily Record can open it again and edit it, with the roster and everything else intact, instead of landing on a flat read-only copy. A worker who clocked on unscheduled against the same job now shows up in it and can be pulled in with the rest of the crew.
REUSING A TIMESHEET LANDS ON TODAY
Reuse an old timesheet and every activity, break and machine moves to today in one go, instead of leaving you to re-date each row. Drag a start time and the job keeps the length it had.
AND PLENTY OF SMALLER THINGS
The note the office writes against your role on a job now shows on your shift. Job documents say whether they belong to this shift, the order or the project. Times follow your own 12 or 24 hour preference. A job pack task can name several people and still know whether it is yours. Incident witness statements and investigation write-ups can be filled in here. Images your office uploaded to a form now actually appear. Punchlist walks take whatever your company calls them. And picking a photo with no signal no longer locks the app up until you restart it.
2.15.0
The job screen stops being a stub.
THE JOB, ON THE JOB SCREEN
Job detail now carries whatever your account chooses to share with you on that shift: the full description, the order number, the dates, the tags, the project details and the site path down to the zone. Who to call is listed with the supervisors or the job owners, and the client's number sits beside it — tap either to ring it. Below that, the days still to come on that job, with a tap through to any of them. Nothing is padded out: an item you have not been given, or one the job has no answer for, simply is not there.
THE JOB'S DOCUMENTS, IN YOUR POCKET
Drawings, scopes and site paperwork attached to the job open straight from the shift screen. One you have opened before opens again with no signal; one you have not says so plainly rather than failing.
SITE INDUCTIONS, WITHOUT THE RETYPING
Open a site induction from your shift or by scanning the project's QR code and the site's own details are already there and locked — project, client, order and your own name — so there is nothing to look up and nothing to get wrong. Your answers stay yours to edit. Job detail and the QR screen now tell you where your induction stands, so you know before you arrive whether you are cleared for that site.
RAISING AN HSEQ ISSUE
An issue or defect raised from a pre-start or an inspection now carries the machine it came from, named on the sheet, and you can point it at a different one or clear it. Raising from scratch asks for the discipline first and then offers only the issue types and categories your organisation allows under it, in your own wording, so there are no dead ends to back out of.
DOCKETS, OR FIELD TICKETS
Accounts in the United States and Canada now see Field Ticket wording by default, and everywhere else keeps Docket. Whatever your company has named these itself still wins.
SMALLER THINGS
Supervisors opening the crew's Daily Record get the form your account nominated for it, rather than the timesheet form standing in. Forms set up to keep answers out of a copy now do that here too, and a form your office marked as not reusable no longer offers Copy or Reuse. And tapping Continue on a project QR form no longer throws up a red error on the way in.
