BakeMemo is a private, local-first experiment journal for home bakers. Record what changed, compare it with the result, and leave useful evidence for the next bake.

• One recipe sheet for bread, cakes, biscuits, pastry and set desserts, with baker’s percentages calculated live.
• Follow the process step by step and run a timer on any step. In-app timing continues even when notifications are unavailable.
• Archive each bake and view its lineage to compare recipe changes with recorded ratings—without presenting correlation as certain cause.
• A local rule-based coach suggests one clear next step and shows the trade-off.
• Cost and nutrition are always labelled estimates. Your package prices take priority, and per-100g estimates appear only after actual baked weight is entered.

The core workflow works fully offline. No account, ads, tracking or third-party SDKs. Archived logs can sync across your devices through your own private iCloud database.
