About BakeNote : Baking Diary
BakeNote is a fully offline baking log built for home and pro bakers. Manage recipes, record multi-step baking flows, track segmented baking parameters, proofing and oven details, and archive results with photos — all on a single device. Version 1.1 adds record duplication, a direct Start Baking flow from recipe details, and smarter filtering and sorting.

Browse the trash by recipes and records, with the remaining days shown for each item
Permanent delete requires a second confirmation; items older than 30 days are removed automatically
Deleting a recipe never touches its baking records — history stays independent
