This is an app for insurance agents designed to help you thoroughly check all "disclosure obligations" that must be disclosed before signing up for insurance.
Once the customer verifies their identity, we retrieve medical and prescription records from public institutions, such as the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, and organize the items to refer to when making disclosures.
Key Features
• View Medical & Prescription Records: Retrieves medical records for the past 5 years and prescription records for the past 3 months after customer identity verification (simple authentication or SMS authentication).
• Organize Disclosure Items: Displays items to refer to when determining disclosure, such as hospitalization/surgery, treatment for 7 days or more, medication for 30 days or more, and the top 10 diseases.
• AI Analysis: AI organizes reference opinions for each disclosure question and potential hidden insurance benefits.
• Check health checkup results and insurance subscription details together.
• Organize prescription records for children under 14 years of age as well.
• Save and share customer-specific reports as PDFs.

They can be viewed in the agent account that registered the customer and are not used for any purpose other than providing the service.
• Information required for AI analysis is transmitted to an external AI service (Anthropic Claude).

Subscription Information
• Notice checks and AI analysis are available via a monthly subscription (automatically renewing) or credits.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your Store Account Settings.
