BauSmart uses AI to price building and renovation work. Your photos and a few lines of description become a detailed, itemised estimate — materials, labour and typical prices for your area — and, in one tap, a professional quotation on your own letterhead. Built for tradespeople, small building firms and homeowners who want to know what a job should cost before it starts.

HOW IT WORKS
• Take up to 12 photos and describe the job in a sentence or two
• Rather talk than type? Dictate the job description or a change request — you check the text before anything happens
• The AI asks a few targeted questions — only what actually affects the price
• Check and edit the scope of work before anything is priced
• BauSmart prices every line with quantity, unit and rate — in your currency and the units your trade uses

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• Edit, add or remove any line item
• Set your margin for the whole quote or line by line — or type the price you want to charge and BauSmart works out the margin
• Adjust discount and VAT for the whole quote
• Every line shows its assumptions, so the price is never a black box
• Adjust costs by chat (Pro): "upgrade the tiles to mid-range" or "bring it to £9,500 ex VAT" — BauSmart reworks the estimate for you

QUOTES THAT LOOK THE PART
• PDF or editable Word document (DOCX) with your logo, letterhead, bank details and company information
• A proper UK "Quotation" with VAT set out clearly — or the right note if you're not VAT registered
• Your own terms and conditions, insurance details and validity period
• Optional acceptance block so your client can sign and date the quote
• Show unit rates or totals only — your margin is always built into the prices, never a line of its own
• AI summary (Pro): a plain-English description of the work for each section instead of a long list of lines
• Supplementary quotes for extra work, linked to the original quote
• Client address book and CSV export for your own spreadsheets

WORKS IN YOUR LANGUAGE
• App in English, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Polish, Romanian, Albanian, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic
• Quotes are written in the language of the job location, with the right local wording for the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy. Run the app in Polish and your client in Leeds still gets an English quotation.

• Starter: 4 estimates a month
• Pro: 20 estimates a month, plus cost adjustments by chat and AI summaries
• Pro+: 50 estimates a month with every Pro feature

Monthly subscriptions, cancel any time. Your allowance refills every billing period; unused estimates don't roll over. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically every month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the curren
