HIRE AN ASSISTANT GM
· Hand off the business side: ticket and menu pricing, media and sponsorship deals, contract insurance, department budgets, coaching staff, medical calls and front office paperwork. Switch each one on or off.
· Every assistant has a style: Balanced, Fan First, Revenue Maximizer, Penny Pincher or Player Development. A Revenue Maximizer squeezes every dollar out of the ballpark; a Fan First hire keeps the seats cheap and the crowd loud.
· Thirty candidates hit the staff market every winter, each with a reputation from Unproven to Legendary, a salary ask and real traits that change how he works.
· Your assistant sums it all up in one report instead of a flood of messages. Take any area back with one tap.
· Win enough and other clubs will notice. Your best assistant may get hired away, and it's on you to replace him.
