Bike IQ downloads
Worldwide, per day, and installs to date. The band is open; the exact number is free with an account.
How this is calculated
Apple publishes no download counts. iPhone downloads come from chart positions and daily rating growth per country, calibrated on Google Play install counts; lifetime installs from ratings worldwide × installs per rating. Confidence is the chance the real number is within half to double ours.
Active users
All platforms, worldwide. Free with an account.
Stickiness (DAU / MAU)
how many monthly users open it on a given day
How this is calculated
Monthly users come from lifetime installs across every store, fitted on monthly active user figures companies publish; daily users = monthly × the typical daily/monthly ratio for the category. Confidence is the chance the real number is within half to double ours.

About Bike IQ
Turn your iPhone into a complete cycling computer, with no extra hardware.
Live ride metrics, your own ride pages, virtual sensors, cycling maps, offline navigation, elevation ahead, shifter controls, and post-ride analysis, built for road riding, training, racing, and everyday rides.
◆ SMART PAGES
Build the ride screen you want from more than 150 tiles: graphs, climbs and elevation ahead, a radar lane with the cars behind you, rain ahead, live power records, weather and more. Tap the info button on any tile to see what it shows.
Auto Pages come up by themselves when they matter: before you start, on a climb, with a car behind, at a new lap, or into a headwind. Switch pages from your shifter buttons.
◆ VIRTUAL CYCLING SENSORS
Bike IQ estimates power, detects cadence, identifies your gear, and tracks grade from the iPhone's own sensors and physics modelling, even without a power meter, cadence sensor, or electronic groupset.
◆ CYCLING-OPTIMIZED MAPS
Maps that make the roads and trails cyclists care about easier to see, offline-first, with one-tap zoom.
Build or import routes, add waypoints and Rest Stops, and get turn-by-turn guidance, with a road type bar for paved roads, gravel and bike paths. Even when you are not navigating, Bike IQ predicts the road ahead and detects climbs before you reach them.
◆ RIDE REPORT
Every ride gets a title from where you went and Bike IQ Highlights, the facts worth keeping. Zoom any chart to the second, select a stretch to see its numbers, and export the ride as CSV.
◆ SMART SHIFTER CONTROLS
Bike IQ supports SRAM AXS and Shimano Di2: track gear position and drivetrain battery, and turn pages, mark laps, zoom the map, mute radar alerts or trigger Shortcuts from your shifters.
◆ SENSORS AND RIDE DATA
Power meters, heart rate monitors, cadence and speed sensors, radar, tyre pressure including Quarq TyreWiz, and e-bikes from TQ, Specialized and BESV. Heart rate from a strap, Apple Watch, a watch that broadcasts it, or AirPods Pro 3 and Powerbeats Pro 2 (beta). Or ride with no sensors at all.
◆ RIDE SYNC
Automatic sync with Strava and Apple Health, with your ride title and Highlights in the Strava description.

Latest updates
1.4.2
Bike IQ 1.4.2 fixes a crash when adding a bike from Settings > My Bikes.
Also new:
- Route builder and route viewer redesigned: a panel you resize like a sheet, search along your route, tap the elevation chart to pick a point, and a layout that fits in landscape
- Zoom the elevation chart and the map follows the same stretch of the route
- Sharper maps in landscape
- Imported routes that use a highway now follow your line instead of being rerouted, and any route can allow highways
- A rest stop no longer adds phantom climbing to a route
- Auto-pause no longer pauses while you pedal up a slow, steep climb
- Your Perceived Effort shows on the workout in Apple Fitness (iOS 18 and later)
- New tiles: Avg Grade and Max Grade over a climb, lap or ride (Pro)
- FIT exports of e-bike rides are marked as e-bike rides
- Bike IQ asks if you still plan to ride when a ride you started never moves
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
1.4
Bike IQ 1.4 is our biggest update yet. Meet Smart Pages.
Your ride screen is now yours to build. Design your own pages from more than 150 tiles, and Bike IQ brings up the right one at the right moment: your climb page as the road tilts up, your traffic page when a car closes in, your lap page the moment you start a new lap. No tapping, no hunting for the right screen. (Pro)
New tiles to build with:
- Live personal records: chase your best power from 30 s to 20 min and your fastest 10 km to 180 km, lit up in gold the moment you beat your last 3 months
- Climbs ahead, time to the top and what is left to climb
- Radar traffic: nearest car, its speed, time to pass, cars passed
- Graphs, weather, tyre pressure, batteries, gears and more
- Turn pages from your SRAM AXS or Shimano Di2 buttons
Also new:
- E-bike support: TQ HPR40 and HPR50 drives for power, cadence, speed, assist mode and battery, plus e-bike power in the ride report
- Quarq TyreWiz tyre pressure, and several heart rate straps on one bike
- Apple Watch: arrange your Watch screens and drag metrics between them
- Auto Lap by distance
- Smarter radar: fewer missed and doubled cars, steadier closing speed
- Power Balance, rebuilt: see how your left/right split spreads across the ride, your time within 48/52, and a one-line verdict
- Numerous bug fixes and performance improvements
