Birdey turns learning real birds into a game you'll actually want to play.

Every card in Birdey is a real species, beautifully illustrated, with rarity taken straight from the IUCN Red List. Garden favourites are common cards. A Critically Endangered bird is genuinely rare to hatch, because it is genuinely rare.

PLAY AND LEARN
Play short identification rounds and earn new birds for your collection. Old Finch, your in-game teacher, describes every species like an old birder would, in 13 languages, with field marks that teach you what to look for. You get sharper every session, without it ever feeling like homework.

COLLECT AND HATCH
Grow your Birdex across 400+ species and 7 habitats, from forest and wetlands to mountain and desert. Hatch eggs to add new birds to your flock, melt spare cards into feathers, and buy the exact bird you are missing. Rare mutations keep the hunt going.

COMPETE, GENTLY
Weekly leagues, a monthly Top 50, daily quests and streaks, Rare Bird Alerts, and World First crowns for the first player ever to spot a card. Birdey is competitive if you want it to be, and completely calm if you don't.

MORE THAN A GAME
Birdey donates to World Land Trust's Buy an Acre programme, which buys threatened land outright and turns it into permanently protected nature reserves. Every subscription protects 10 m2 of real habitat, and your own protected square metres grow on your profile.
