Blackjack Tutor: Card Counting

Blackjack Tutor teaches basic strategy, Hi-Lo card counting, and what to do at a real casino table. No ads, nothing to buy inside, no subscription, no account.

LEARN BASIC STRATEGY WITH THE REASON FOR EVERY MOVE
Start in Training mode. The coach recommends every hit, stand, double, split, and surrender and tells you why in plain words. Move to Student mode when you want the advice on tap instead of on every hand. The strategy is built for a stated rule set: six decks, dealer stands on soft 17, double after split, late surrender, blackjack pays 3:2. The rules are printed on the felt.

PRACTICE CARD COUNTING AT THE TABLE
The running count and true count are shown on the felt while you play, with a Hi-Lo explainer that covers how the count works and when it matters. In Independent mode the count is still shown but the advice is off. Every few hands it asks you for the running count, scores your answer, and tells you where you drifted. Expert mode turns the count off too: just you and the shoe.

Card counting here is training, not a promise. Blackjack Tutor says so itself: counting is legal but a casino can ask you to leave, the real advantage is small, most modern shoe games are built to defeat it, and this trainer deals a deeper shoe than most casinos do.

TRACK YOUR ACCURACY, NOT YOUR LUCK
The stats screen tracks how often your decisions match basic strategy, your count accuracy in Independent mode, hands played, and your longest streak. Even perfect strategy loses more hands than it wins, so accuracy is the number to watch. A readiness checklist tells you when your accuracy and your table knowledge are both there.

KNOW THE CASINO TABLE BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN
A table procedure guide covers what strategy charts never do: how to buy in, the hand signals for hit, stand, double, split, and surrender, why the cameras need to see them, chip colors and stacking, tipping the dealer, coloring up before you leave, and table etiquette. In play, the first time you double, split, or surrender, you are shown the real-table signal once.

READ THE RULES ON ANY TABLE
Reading the Table explains which house rules matter and which do not: why 6:5 blackjack is the one to walk away from, what H17, DAS, late surrender and continuous shufflers cost you, and where the rules are printed or how to ask the dealer.

A TABLE THAT TALKS BACK
Two other players sit at the table, drawn from three characters: one plays by the book, one chases losses, one blames you when the dealer draws well. Each jab comes with the math that answers it. Table talk can be switched off.

GLOSSARY
Every move, hand, outcome, counting term and table term in plain English: soft and hard hands, push, insurance, running count, true count, penetration, deviation, toke, third base, heat, shoe games versus pitch games.

WHAT IT IS NOT
There is no real-money play, no chips to buy, and nothing at stake but practice chips. Your balance refills when it runs out, and it tells you so. It is a trainer, not a casino.
