About Blood Pressure Log BP Tracker
Blood Pressure Log turns a pile of readings into something your doctor can act on.
Log systolic, diastolic and pulse in seconds, see your 7-day home average against the 135/85 threshold, and know exactly when a reading needs attention. Works on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
MEASURE IT PROPERLY
• Guided measurement: a 5-minute rest timer, two readings a minute apart, averaged — the protocol the American Heart Association and NICE recommend
• Record which arm, your position, and context such as "after coffee", "stressed" or "after meds"
• Quick manual entry on a clear, full-screen form: large numbers first, and a check that catches mistyped or swapped numbers
SEE WHAT MATTERS
• 7-day home average, split morning and evening
• Every reading colour-coded by the AHA categories: Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2, Crisis
• Charts and statistics by week, month, year or any custom range
• Clear guidance after a very high (180/120 or above) or low (below 90/60) reading — what to do now, and when to call for help
LEARN, FROM PROPER SOURCES
• 16 short guides on blood pressure and heart health, with diagrams
• Heart attack and stroke warning signs, the FAST test, white-coat and masked hypertension, salt, the DASH eating plan, cholesterol, exercise you can do at home
• Every topic lists its sources: American Heart Association, CDC, NHS, NICE, NHLBI, WHO
STAY ON TRACK
• Medication tick with a daily reminder — each reading shows how long after a dose it was taken
• Morning and evening measurement reminders
• Apple Watch app: log and review readings from your wrist
• Home-screen widget: latest reading and weekly average at a glance
• Logging streak and a personal target
EASY TO READ

Blood Pressure Log does not measure blood pressure — you need a cuff monitor. The information in the app is general education summarised from published clinical guidance and is not a substitute for medical advice. Never start, stop or change a prescribed medicine based on anything you read here; talk to your doctor or pharmacist. If you have chest pain, sudden weakness, a drooping face, slurred speech or trouble breathing, call your local emergency number.
