Latest updates

11.5
Recovery Heart Rate now appears directly on every workout in History and is safely preserved across Apple Health syncs and app reinstalls. If your sensor disconnects early, recovery can now be calculated using Apple Watch data via Apple Health, just pull down on History to backfill missing values. This release also fixes post-workout crashes, improves overall background sync stability with Apple Health, and reduces overall app size.
