Cashbook is a pocket ledger for iPhone and iPad. Tap Record, type the amount, pick a category and an account. Notes, tags, and reimbursement can wait. No sign-in. The numbers stay on this device.
WHAT YOU LOG
• Expense, income, or a transfer between accounts
• Cash, debit cards, credit cards, e-wallets, investments, and prepaid cards
• More than one ledger, so daily life, travel, and a household do not mix
• Optional tags, a note, and a reimbursable flag
BUDGETS AND GOALS
• A monthly cap for the whole ledger, or per category
• Optional alerts at 80% and 100% (once each)
• Strict Mode asks you to confirm when an entry would blow the budget (off by default)
• Savings goals with an optional target date
• Recurring rules: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly
SEE THE MONTH
• This month’s income, spend, and remaining budget above the daily list
• Trends, category mix, and a calendar
• Search notes, tags, and amounts
• Hide amounts with a tap; Face ID or passcode when you leave

• A full backup you save where you choose
