ChangeRate is a fast, offline-friendly currency converter built for travel. Type an amount into either currency and watch the other update instantly — tap the currency badge to change it, or tap the lower panel to convert in the other direction.

SMART BY DEFAULT • Detects your current currency from your location, and your home currency from your device's language and region • Never suggests converting a currency into itself — if home and away happen to match, it picks a sensible alternative automatically • Remembers your last currencies, or pin your own defaults in Settings

WORKS OFFLINE Exchange rates are cached the moment you're online, so ChangeRate keeps working on a plane, in the subway, or with no signal at all.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Location is used only to guess your starting currency, handled through Apple's own system services. ChangeRate has no servers of its own, no accounts, and no analytics — there's simply nowhere for your data to go.
