CheckFlow: Site Inspection

Paper rounds are fine right up until a line gets missed. After that, nobody can say who checked what, or when it happened. CheckFlow takes the checklists your shop floor already runs on and puts them in an app, so the walk round is done the same way on every shift and leaves something behind.

One rule shaped it: a new starter should be able to pick it up in five minutes. No training day, no manual.

• Every completed round is saved with photographs, notes and a time stamp, ready for audit
• Export to PDF or CSV in a single tap and send it to head office, the client or environmental health
• Administrator and staff roles — administrators build the lists and organise the team, staff simply carry out the checks
• Invite staff with a QR code or a link. No passwords to create, forget or reset
• Reminders go out while a required list is still outstanding, so the manager knows before close
• Register the site by email, build a list, invite the team — you are running inside five minutes
