Pair your Chetak once and you can see where it is, how much charge is left and how far it will go, without walking down to the parking bay.

TECPAC FEATURES

Vehicles with an active TecPac subscription unlock the connected feature set: live tracking, geofencing, over-speed alerts, remote lock and ride analytics. TecPac availability depends on your vehicle variant and on your subscription being active.

If you have purchased TecPac and the connected features are not visible, open Help in the app and share your chassis number. We will check the activation status on your vehicle.

GETTING STARTED

1. Sign up with the mobile number registered at the time of purchase
2. Add your vehicle using the chassis number printed on your invoice
3. Allow location and Bluetooth access so the app can connect to your scooter

WHAT YOU NEED

A Bajaj Chetak electric scooter is required to use the connected features in this app. Live tracking and remote features depend on an active TecPac subscription and on mobile network coverage where your vehicle is parked. Bluetooth features work when your phone is close to the vehicle.

PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY

Location is used to show your vehicle on a map, give directions to it and power geofence alerts. Bluetooth is used to connect to the vehicle when you are nearby. Notifications are used for ride, charging, geofence and service alerts. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile, Account Settings, Delete Account.
