About Clock In - Timezone Manager
ClockIn keeps the cities you work with, and the people in them, one glance away — and answers the question that always follows: when can we actually talk?
EVERY CITY IN ITS OWN SKY
Each city is a card coloured by its own sky — navy at midnight, warm at dawn and dusk, bright blue at noon — so you can tell night from morning before you've read a single number. Add a colleague, a client or a friend and ClockIn shows them in their city's time, under their own name. A filter switches between everything, just cities or just people.
TAP A CITY FOR THE DETAIL
Open a card and it shows the full local date and the whole day drawn as the sun's real path over that city: the horizon, the sunrise and sunset times, and where "now" falls between them. Underneath: the airport you'd fly into, roughly how many people live there, the local currency, and how far the city is from you. If the city's clocks change in the next year, it tells you the day they change and which way.
FIND A TIME THAT WORKS
The calculator stands every city's day side by side, lined up on the current hour. Drag down the hours to pick a time and read it in every city at once, then copy it, ready to paste into a message.
Turn on Overlap and it finds the hours your cities have in common, using the working hours you set. Tap a city to leave it out of a particular meeting.
WIDGETS
City shows one place or person, from just the time up to the day's sun, the airport, the currency and the next clock change. World Clock shows several at once, each on its own sky. Timelines lays their days side by side like the calculator. Choose the cities each one shows, or let it follow your list. They come in every Home Screen size, and City and World Clock sit on the Lock Screen too. Tap a city in a widget to open it in the app.
ON YOUR WRIST
The Apple Watch app shows the same cities and people as your iPhone, each on its own sky, with nothing to set up. Tap one for its day: the sun's path, sunrise and sunset, and the facts about the place. Tap the time travel button and turn the Digital Crown, and every city moves forward or back together, half an hour at a click.
Complications put a city on your watch face: one city with its sunrise, sunset and a strip of its day, two side by side, or three in a list. Each comes on its city's sky or plain, and they take your face's colour when it has one.
