Colorful Day: Todo List

ColorfulDay brings your to-do lists together on one screen. Keep tasks organized by category and see your daily plans at a glance.

The proposal due today, groceries to pick up after work, and your evening workout each have their own place. Color makes your lists easy to tell apart, so you can quickly see what’s done and what’s still left to do.

Seeing work, chores, exercise, and hobbies together can also help you notice what you’ve been putting off. Has work taken up most of your week? Have you made time for something you enjoy?

Organize your lists however you like. Create separate lists for work, study, home, and health, or add one for an upcoming exam or trip. If you prefer the Eisenhower Matrix, create four lists based on urgency and importance. You’re not limited to four—choose the categories that fit your life.

Simple tools for everyday planning:

• Today’s tasks: See what’s on your list for today and what still needs doing.
• Reminders: Set a reminder for anything you need to do at a particular time.
• Recurring tasks: Repeat tasks daily, weekly, or monthly. Check off habits like reading or exercise without adding them again each day.
• Daily notes: Add details about your day or jot down thoughts as they come.
• Completion stats: Look back at what you’ve completed with easy-to-read charts.
• Home Screen widgets: Check your tasks without opening the app.
