Coriva – Commercial Kitchens

Coriva connects commercial kitchens with local catering engineers, for breakdowns and planned maintenance. Post the fault, choose an engineer, and keep the whole job in one app: scheduling, chat, the job sheet and the invoice.

FOR KITCHENS (FREE)

Posting jobs is always free. No lead fees, no commission.

• Post a job in a few steps: the equipment, what's wrong, how urgent it is and a photo.
• Engineers near you offer a time. Compare their profiles, reviews, Gas Safe or F-Gas details and insurance before you choose.
• Ask an engineer directly, and save the ones you like for next time.
• See when the job is scheduled and message your engineer in the app.
• Sign off the job sheet when the work is done, and get the invoice in the app. You pay the engineer directly, however you agree.
• Rate the engineer after the job.

FOR ENGINEERS

Coriva is for independent commercial catering engineers: gas, refrigeration, warewashing and more.

• Find repair work near you, on a map or a list. Each job shows the equipment, the fault, how urgent it is and how far away it is.
• Offer a time on the jobs you want. Kitchens can also ask you directly.
• Run your day: schedule and reschedule jobs, get directions and message kitchens.
• Fill in the job sheet on site, step by step: time, work done, parts and photos. Get it signed there and then, or send it for sign-off.
• Send invoices from the app and keep 100% of what you charge.
• Keep your own clients in Contacts and schedule their work too.
• Show your experience, Gas Safe and F-Gas details, insurance and reviews on your profile.
• Ask Axel, a helper that suggests checks for a fault. Axel does not replace Gas Safe or live electrical work.

HOW IT WORKS

1. The kitchen posts the job with the equipment, urgency and a photo.
2. Engineers nearby are told and offer a time, or the kitchen asks one directly.
3. The kitchen compares offers and chooses an engineer.
4. The job is scheduled, done, signed off and invoiced, all in Coriva.

PRICING FOR ENGINEERS

New engineer accounts get 3 months free, with no payment details needed. After that, membership keeps you taking on work:
• £49.99 a month, or
• £479.99 a year (works out at £40.00 a month).

Without membership you keep your profile and job history, but you can't offer times on jobs or answer direct requests.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Membership renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel membership in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Prices shown are for the UK.

SAFETY

You can report or block any user from a chat, a job or a profile. We review every report within 24 hours.
