Cove: Focus App Blocker

Block distracting apps and websites when it is time to study, work, or read. Cove combines app blocking with a focus timer to help you spend less time scrolling and more time on what matters.

Try every feature free for 7 days. The trial never charges you automatically. To keep using Cove after the trial, make a one-time Lifetime Access purchase. No subscription.

CHOOSE WHAT TO BLOCK
Select apps, categories, and websites that pull you away. Cove uses Apple's Screen Time technology to block your selections during a focus session.

MAKE TIME TO FOCUS
Choose a session from 5 minutes to 3 hours. Customize your presets for a quick study session, a work task, or uninterrupted reading.

TAKE A SHORT BREAK WHEN YOU NEED IT
Need to check something? Use temporary access once per session, for 1 to 30 minutes. Cove automatically blocks your selections again when that time ends.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Review focused minutes, weekly progress, completion rate, and recent sessions. Build a routine one session at a time.

CONTROL YOUR SESSION FROM YOUR WRIST
Check and control your focus session from Apple Watch while connected to your iPhone.

No account to create. No ads. No cross-app tracking.

Screen Time permission is required for blocking. Some controls depend on your device and iOS settings.
