Note down time, temperature and first/second crack by hand and the roast curve draws itself as you go. Drop the beans and that batch becomes a card in your collection.

HOW IT WORKS
• Charge: the timer sets off from 0:00.
• Mid-roast: jot down the temperature shown on your roaster as often as you like. The screen stays awake whilst the timer runs.
• Crack: when you hear it, tap First Crack (then Second Crack). The dot is pinned to the curve at that very second. Stray tap? Undo it straight away.
• Drop: the timer stops, total time and DTR are tallied, and a batch card is made.

TRY IT BEFORE YOU ROAST A SINGLE BEAN
A ten-minute roast squeezed into 30 seconds. Tap the cracks yourself with nothing in the drum and feel the dot land. Demo batches stay out of your stats and overlays.

WRITTEN BY HAND, ON PURPOSE
You read the temperature off the roaster and you tap the crack when you hear it. The app never chooses a roast level for you and never marks your roast out of ten. It simply keeps what happened, as it happened.

DIALS, LOGGED THERE AND THEN
Every time you turn fan or power (1–9), one tap. It draws as a step line in its own lane above the curve and sits in a table on the card, so next time you roast the same bean you can follow "fan 7 at 3:20" to the letter. Tap yellowing and end of first crack as well and your drying, Maillard and development ratios are worked out alongside. Preheat and room temperature go in the batch details.

SIDE BY SIDE WITH YOUR LAST BATCH
Lay the previous curve for the same bean behind the live one as a translucent ghost and compare as you roast. Tap "Roast again with these settings" on a card and the bean, charge weight, roaster and preheat temp are already filled in.
