Latest updates
12.1.59
This 12.1.59 update includes some quick fixes, as well as the following features released in 12.1.57.
IPHONE
Live Activities. Your workout now shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so your stats are a glance away without unlocking your iPhone. It's on by default.
A smarter Pedometer. The Pedometer page now pulls your step totals from Apple Health, combining steps from your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods Pro 3, and it now reflects your complete step history. It also opens much faster. The first time you open it, Cyclemeter reads all of your history, so give it a moment.
One light or dark appearance for the whole app. Appearance is now in More > Settings as well as in Stopwatch Settings, and it now controls the look of the entire app, not just the Stopwatch.
Finer control over sensors. A new Sensor Interval setting on the Devices page lets you record sensor data every second instead of the automatic interval. You can also turn off the Low Battery Alert for an individual sensor in its settings.
Leaner FIT files. FIT import and export have been largely rewritten, and exported FIT files are now about 75% smaller.
Friends sharing and posting are now Elite features. If you already use them, you keep them.
APPLE WATCH
A rebuilt Apple Watch app. We rewrote the Apple Watch app from the ground up. Text now sizes itself to fit every Apple Watch, and your route or activity appears on the main pages. You can turn that off in Settings. When settings arrive from your iPhone, the watch shows a brief progress indicator until the transfer finishes. Because so much is new, some things may look or behave differently. Tell us what you notice.
Siri on your wrist. Siri and App Intents now work fully in the Apple Watch app, with no setup required, just like on iPhone.
Smart Stack widget. Add the new Cyclemeter widget to your Smart Stack to see it at a glance.
CYCLEMETER BIKE COMPUTER
Now works with Apple Watch, no iPhone required. Just be sure to use Record on Apple Watch mode. Note that watchOS allows at most two Bluetooth connections at a time.
Better maps. Color maps now show trails, the map displays your zoom level as you change it, and you'll see "No Internet" when you're offline.
BUG FIXES
Includes dozens of bug fixes across the app.
Thanks for riding, running, and walking with us!

Includes a few bug fixes and other improvements.
Turn-by-turn navigation is here.
Plan where you're going, then let Cyclemeter guide you there. Drop points on a map, search for an address, or start from where you're standing, and Cyclemeter finds the roads and paths between them for walking, running, cycling, or driving. You see distance, time, and elevation before you leave, you can switch between alternate routes, and one tap closes the loop to bring you home. Save it and you have a Navigation you can follow any time.
Every turn is spoken as you approach it and shown on screen — on your iPhone and on the Cyclemeter Bike Computer — while your workout records as usual. Leave the path and Cyclemeter announces you're off course, reroutes, and lets you know when you're back on. Add your own Custom Cues for the things a map doesn't know: a water stop, a gate, the turn at the red barn.
Saving a Navigation also creates a route, so every workout you record along it is grouped and compared. Routes planned elsewhere work too — a TCX or FIT file from Ride with GPS or cycle.travel keeps its cues when you import it.
