2.27
More fiber, fewer taps.
• Fiber: a new goal for your daily grams, in the goal library and beside Protein on the GLP-1 page, with its own graph and a place on your visit summary.
• Close your Apple Exercise ring and "Complete your daily workout" checks itself off. You can still tap it yourself.
• The widget's page arrows are easier to hit, plus fixes throughout.
2.26
Plans that change with the week.
• Weekly Playbooks: a coach, trainer or friend can give each day its own goal and build a program that moves on week by week, with a note for each week.
• Some goals ask for a number of times a week instead of set days, and you pick the days.
• Your tile shows only what is due today. A rest day is never a miss.
• Fixes across Playbooks and Trends.
2.25
Your progress, now in motion.
• Flip through your progress photos like a flipbook, every day lined up on day one. Then send the video to whoever you like.
• Trend view cuts through the daily wobble on your charts and shows where you are headed.
• A pile of little fixes, tucked in.
2.24
Photos of you, kept beside the numbers.
• Photo Journey: take a front, side or back photo now and then. They live in Trends as a timeline, a row per day. Compare any two of the same view side by side, or drag a divider across them. Align lines the later photo up with the earlier one; one tap undoes it.
• privacy first, photos stay on your phone. Your account keeps only each photo's date and view. Back them up to your own iCloud so a new iPhone gets them back.
• Metrics: secondary graphs, your recent readings against the stretch of time before.
• Sheet Reader reads InBody printouts far more reliably, even held in your hand.
• Misc. bug fixes, stronger button contrast, the blood pressure screen fitting every phone again, and a haptic on every Trends tab.
2.23
Misc. Playbook bug fixes.
2.22
A plan from someone who knows you, and a count of what you have left.
• Playbooks: a coach, a trainer or a friend sets a few goals for a few weeks and shares a code. Everyone checks in for themselves, the person who set them can see how the days are going, and you can join without an account and leave whenever you want.
• Medicine Cabinet: say how much of your GLP-1 medication you have and how much one dose takes, and the app counts the days down to the one you run out, with a reminder before it arrives.
• Misc. bug fixes and UI/UX improvements throughout the app.
2.21
Bug fixes, and a few small fixes to the interface.
2.20
Say how it is landing, not only what went wrong.
• My Soundings: the GLP-1 side effects card is now where you say how the medication is landing. Set how loud food noise was with one tap, and add what is bothering you one thing at a time, each with its own severity instead of one shared number.
• Food noise, day by day: every reading on the day it happened, with your shots behind it, both in the app and on the visit summary you hand your prescriber.
• Symptoms link themselves to the dose they follow, worked out from the time, so there is nothing to pick.
• Blood pressure joins Metrics. Log it as the pair it is, see both numbers on one chart, and import readings from Apple Health.
• Body fat and BMI can come from Apple Health too, each with its own switch, read only.
• Walls: tap any day and it tells you why it can or cannot be mixed yet, and the colours in a mix now reflect how much each person actually finished.
• Already have an account? You can sign in before picking any goals, so your history is waiting for you rather than merging in afterwards.
• Misc. bug fixes and refinements throughout the app.

About DailyQuad: Four Goals a Day
You don't need to track more things. You need to keep doing a few of them.
That's what DailyQuad is for. You choose four goals for today, and tomorrow they're waiting for you again. Drink the water. Walk. Read ten pages. When you do one, you check it in, and a day with all four done looks different from a day without.
Four is a starting point, not a rule. It's small enough that you'll actually do it on a bad Wednesday, and when the four have become ordinary you can add more.
Some goals come from someone else. With Playbooks, a coach, a trainer or a friend sets a few goals for a few weeks and shares a code; everyone checks in for themselves, and the person who set them can see how the days are going. And some days are easier when somebody's looking: share a wall with people you choose and each of you adds your day. No leaderboard, nobody wins. You just see each other showing up.
The goals are what you do. What happens is a different question, so if you want, keep your weight, measurements and body composition over months and see whether the daily work is showing. If you're on a GLP-1 medication, it belongs in the same place: doses, when the next is due, how it's sitting with you, your protein, how much is left. The medication has its part. The four goals are the rest.
Four things today. Keep going.
GOALS
The goal tracker at the center of the app.
• Four goals to start. Keep more whenever you're ready.
• Yes or no goals, or numbers: glasses of water, steps, pages, minutes, grams of protein, anything you count.
• Make your own goals, with your own name and icon, for the thing nobody else's list has.
• Streaks that count the days you kept going.
• A rest day when you need one. Your streak stays.
• One daily reminder at the time you choose, silent on a day you've already finished.
• Apple Health fills in your steps, exercise minutes and Move ring, so those goals check themselves in.
• A year of your days on one screen, so you can see the shape of it.
TOGETHER
Nothing here has to be done alone.
• Playbooks: a coach, a trainer or a friend sets a few goals for a few weeks and shares a code. Everyone checks in for themselves, and they can see how it's going.
• A shared wall where the people you choose each add their day. You see them, they see you. Nobody's keeping score.
• Share your four goals with a friend by a link, and they start with them.
METRICS, if you want them
The goals are what you do. These are what happens.
• Weight, waist, chest, hips, arms, thighs, calves and the rest of the tape measure, in inches or centimeters.
• Body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, body water and the other numbers a scale or clinic scan gives you.
• Metrics of your own, for whatever else you measure.
• Graphs by week, month and year.
• A guide for each measurement, so you take it the same way every time.
• Point the camera at a smart scale or clinic report and the numbers fill themselves in, on your device.
• Blood pressure logged as the pair it is, with the range
