About Daypond
FOCUS
Choose a 1–60 minute timer and return to one thing at a time. Review your session time in simple seven- and thirty-day charts.
BREATHE
Follow gentle breathing cues while koi move around the pond. Choose a session length in the app, or open a one-minute breathing session from a widget. Breathing pauses when you leave the app.
UNWIND
Choose a 15–60 minute Sleep timer with bundled music or nature sounds. Switch sounds during a session; audio fades during the final minute. This is a quiet wind-down tool, not a sleep tracker or medical treatment.
GROW YOUR POND
Completed timers provide fish food. Feed the koi and collect pond residents and plants as you build your routine.
KEEP IT CLOSE
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets open sessions quickly. Focus and Sleep support Live Activities, including Sleep music controls. Pond widgets show a saved pond image; they do not continuously animate.
